Position Overview

The Midwest Hooligans are looking for a Team Management Intern to assist with the day-to-day support of the team, coaching staff, and training environment. This role is a great fit for students interested in sports management, coaching, leadership, and team operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist coaches and staff with team needs during training sessions and matchdays

• Help organize equipment, uniforms, and other team materials

• Support practice setup and breakdown

• Assist with communication related to schedules, logistics, and team needs

• Help with sideline, roster, or travel logistics when needed

• Serve as a reliable support person for team staff and players

• Must work all  home games and potential playoff games during the 2026 season

• The season runs from May 23rd - Beginning of July 

• Assist in other areas as needed

• Organized and dependable

• Professional and respectful in communication

• Strong attention to detail

• Interest in sports, coaching, or team operations

• Willingness to take initiative and help where needed

• Soccer knowledge is helpful, but not required
